FULL TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

Local Cable Company is seeking an experienced CSR to handle trouble shooting of cable issues and diagnosis of problems for Cable TV, Telephone and Internet issues. Must have prior customer service experience, preferable in the cable industry. Knowledge and experience in support of wireless and cable networks needed. Benefits available.

Required skills and knowledge:

Must be able to speak, read & write in the English language
Excellent Listening skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail oriented with ability to manage many projects at the same time
Superior organizational skills are a must
Must be able to work in a team atmosphere while still having a concept of individual accountability
Ability to interact with customers in a quick, efficient and pleasant manner in order to achieve the above listed responsibilities in a timely manner
Must be computer literate with experience in using all MS Windows applications and have the ability and willingness to learn internal and proprietary computer applications

Education and Experience:

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
Two years of Customer Service Experience Required
Prior Customer Service Experience within the Cable Industry Pref
