Some makes/models of HDTV's may have compatibility issues with the CableCARD, this is not a compatibility issue with the CableCARD itself, but issues with the TV manufacturer's implementation of the CableCARD slot and software. Digital Cable Installation
Self-Installation is available for Standard Digital Receivers and Returning Customers with HD or HD DVR Receivers who already have their wiring in place from a previous installation. Professional Installation is required for all HD equipment due to the technical nature of connecting the equipment and programming the Cable Receiver's and TV's settings. Professional Installation may be performed by Marco Island Cable's Technicians or a local Audio/Video Specialty Company's Technician.

Digital Cable Vacation Plan & Re-Activation
There is no charge to put your Digital/HD Cable Service on Vacation. A Minimum of 48 Hours Notice to Deactivate or Re-Activate your Digital/HD Cable Service. Vacation Rate Fees will continue to accrue for any Non-Returned Rental Equipment while you are on vacation, however you may return the Rental Equipment and schedule to pickup New Rental Equipment when you return at no additional cost. A Minimum of 72 Hours is Required for Picking Up New Rental Equipment. Please contact our Representatives at (239) 642-4545 to place Your Account on Vacation or Re-Activate your Service from the Vacation Plan.

Digital Equipment Order Cancellation Policy
Any Digital Equipment Orders Cancelled with 24 Hours or Less Notice, Customer No-Show for Installation Appointments or Customer Failure to Pickup Digital Equipment Will Incur a $35.00 Late Cancellation and Equipment Restocking Fee.
Cancellation Notice must be given to a Live Customer Service Representative During Normal Business Hours (Mon - Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) by calling (239) 642-4545. The Customer Service Representative will issue a Cancellation Confirmation Number. Please keep your Cancellation Confirmation Number in case of any Billing Issues due to the Order Cancellation.
For Quality Assurance, Cancellations Cannot Be Made Via Email, Postal Mail, or After-Hours Technical and Emergency Support.
